I love it here!
February 14, 2025I've had a wonderful experience living at Raintree Apartments! It's such a cozy and comfortable place to call home. The community feels welcoming and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The staff is incredibly friendly, always available to help with anything, and they genuinely care about the residents. Maintenance is fast and efficient, and the team is always friendly, taking care of any issues promptly. What a Nightmare!
October 15, 2019We have noticed several discrepancies with the leasing office staff. They were unable to assist my family and I in answering simple leasing questions. They said they will call us back with the answers on four different occasions but we have never received any calls back. Additionally, they increase the rent significantly each year that you renew with them.Review from Apartments.com
Not entirely happy
January 26, 2016Management is super picky. They will complain and fine you for every little thing. Our side of the building there is no parking lot so we park in the dirt or mud depending on the weather. The dumpster is on the opposite side of the entire complex. There aren't any lights/fans in any bedrooms, you have to buy your own. However, they are nice and come with washer/dryers; only reason I rate it a 2 and not a 1.Review from Apartments.com
