What a Nightmare!
October 15, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comWe have noticed several discrepancies with the leasing office staff. They were unable to assist my family and I in answering simple leasing questions. They said they will call us back with the answers on four different occasions but we have never received any calls back. Additionally, they increase the rent significantly each year that you renew with them.
Not entirely happy
January 26, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comManagement is super picky. They will complain and fine you for every little thing. Our side of the building there is no parking lot so we park in the dirt or mud depending on the weather. The dumpster is on the opposite side of the entire complex. There aren't any lights/fans in any bedrooms, you have to buy your own. However, they are nice and come with washer/dryers; only reason I rate it a 2 and not a 1.
