Better hope you are a heavy sleeper, the walls are incredibly thin, the buildings are close to very busy road. Had upstairs neighbors blaring music all throughout hours of the day and at 3am almost every night. I called several complaints on them and apartment did nothing but "write a letter" to them.
First moved in, found carpenter ants flying all over the apartment, spider webs everywhere and their creators. When fall came got invaded by a ladybug army through my patio windows.
Cox internet ...
is about the only available wifi and had a repairman come into fix my internet being bad and was told the wiring to the apartment was set up incorrectly and I physically cannot get the speeds that I am paying for unless the apartment fixes the building.
Pool and weight room is what you'd expect from a bare minimum amenity offering to raise rent.
Complex also had an entire building burn down in a lot so there's that for some precedent risk.
Maintenance responds well though.
Would not recommend living here unless you have no other option for the area.
