January 16, 2026Raintree has been an excellent place to live and a great experience. The staff, including office staff and maintenance staff, responds to needs and requests right away. I have never had to wait for maintenance requests to be fulfilled; they are repaired the very same day I put in the request. The apartment is comfortable and the grounds are so well-kept, including the pool. It's a quiet place to live, and all staff and residents are kind and friendly.
