But since everything was an exact copy of the original contract with no real means of adding or changing, it may force others to request a one on one to report such changes to be documented. Active Duty from 2023-2024
October 27, 2024I rented a studio as an Active Duty member from 2023 to 2024. The place was quiet and close to work but peoples cars were broken into on a less-than-common basis. There was always trash in the courtyard and the breezeways. When I PCS'd they charged me $80 for cleaning and my utilities were doubled for that month. The utilities are divided among the units per building, meaning I paid $134 dollars for utilities omw out and I couldn't refute it because it was based on how much the building used, not ...the individual unit. The front desk workers were polite and worked with me. You'd be better off finding a small apartment elsewhereProperty Manager Responded

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! Totally Recommend!
May 3, 2018I really loved living there. The staff are very nice and helpful. Whenever I had a maintenance request it was done ASAP. The pool was my favorite part, it was always opened and maintained. My family resided at Raintree Meadows for a little more then 4 years and the only reason why I left was to get a three bedroom otherwise I would definitely still be living there.Review from Apartments.com
Do NOT recommend
November 30, 2016I would NOT recommend this place. The water bills are outrageous, there is no just a flat fee and it keeps going up every month. For a one person in a one bedroom its like $25/month. The maintenance man sleeps around with all the residences and is extremely lazy. Plus they drive their vehicles in the breezeways of the property almost hitting little kids playing around the pool area. The laundry room is always a mess and the equipment is always broke. It has definitely gone down hill since I moved ...in. I am very disappointed with these apartments and so are a lot of my neighbors. Close to restaurants and shopping places.
August 14, 2015I've been in this apartment now for almost 2 1/2 weeks and I really like the fact that it is so quiet and there's a good share of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. There's a college just a hop, skip and a jump away also. It is well maintained and the landlord is really nice. The swimming pools are always clean and maintained. The yards are always neatly trimmed too. Even the laundry room is very satisfying. After getting off work late at night, I feel so safe when I park my car and walk ...to my apartment.
