June 29, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comOne of the best things about College Arms is the location – it’s in a safe neighborhood and walking distance to the bus stop, laundromat, Walmart, and various restaurants (Freddy’s, Chipotle, Panera, Chick-fil-A, Zaxbys). The manager is great and has always been quick to address any issues. This is a nice place to live.
