March 16, 2020I came to look at this property today (March 16) in a crunch situation. The Property's manager was so totally awesome! She explained EVERYTHING to me and made me feel at ease. February 15, 2019I’m still a current resident but looking to move. Since the change of people in the office everything hasn’t been so good. That’s honestly the only issue other than the fact that they need to renovate some of the apartments and get them up to date.Review from Apartments.com
Worst Move In Ever
May 9, 2018Never no parking spaces after 5pm have to park so far from where u live. Haven`t stayed here a whole 2mnths and the air clunk out the hot water go`s in and out all the kitchen drawers was off track, paint job is horrible paint drips everywhere door knobs falling off doors already... bedroom vanity sink stopped up. Bathroom tub is horrible also there`s cracks everywhere maintenance came to repair the tub two days later it peeled and i was told they hired a professional to come repair it they never ...showed. I wouldn`t recommend this place to anyone. Have I was not trying to repair my credit I would leave now cause thy want to charge me 2,041 to break my lease....THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUSRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Friendly staff and affordable living
August 12, 2015My husband and I have lived here almost 2 years. We have never had any major maintenance issues and any issues we did have were resolved immediately. The staff is very caring and understanding of your needs and concerns. They have worked with us many a time as we have gone through job changes and other life challenges. The location is central to everything major in Savannah. There is a shopping mall next door and a Kroger and Walmart within 1 mile. Armstrong, Savannah's major university is also ...within a mile. There is a Wells Fargo bank right across the street and a Dollar General right next door. There is also a McDonald's and a Taco Bell nearby. There are two theaters behind us, and there is also a major library as well. You are just minutes from 204 and Veteran's Parkway and also you are just minutes from the Truman Parkway, which will take you all the way downtown. There is a major city hospital within two minutes, there are also a few hotels, a Publix, Lowes, Petsmart and Home Depot all very close by. You cannot pick a better location. About the complex itself, there's a laundry facility next to the leasing office and a Pool as well that's open for much longer than most pools. There is also a fenced in tennis court. They allow cats and dogs, and maintenance is both thorough, timely and friendly. It's a great community!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
HORRIBLE
August 4, 2015not only did they change our rent after two months of living here the carpets are horrible. They tried to paint over the tub to make it look nicer but the paint started to peel. Stove caught fire because no one ever did maintenence on it. Also charged a 500 dollar bpet fee for my barely 10 lbs weiner dogReview from Apartments.com
