February 5, 2025I like my apartment and neighborhood because it has a good mix of comfort, ease, and a friendly vibe. The well-kept area makes for a calm space, which is good for resting and unwinding. One great thing about my neighborhood is the nice and considerate neighbors; they make it feel like home. The management team is quick to respond and makes sure maintenance issues get fixed fast, which adds to the ease of living here. The amenities are nice too—I really like the laundry room, the clean ...swimming pool, and the areas outside that are good for hanging out or having some quiet time. The events that management plans help bring neighbors together, creating a sense of community. Also, the location is great! With easy access to stores, places to eat, and public transport, I can find everything I need close by. Whether I want to have a quiet night in or check out what’s nearby, my apartment community makes it easy. In conclusion, I feel fortunate to live here. It’s a safe, tidy, and friendly place that improves my daily routine, and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!Property Manager Responded

We love it here
August 4, 2015We have lived in these apartments for over 5 years now. Staff is friendly. They always fix things when you need them to. Not a lot of bugs in the apartments. The price is good for the amount of square feet you get. The only thing that we wish we had was pets. There are private entrances to eat apartment, we love that. The neighbours are friendly but mostly keep to themselves, never bother each other. The pool is nice to go to, but they got rid of the hot tub. They keep the grounds clean and ...mowed.
