Not a lot of bugs in the apartments. The price is good for the amount of square feet you get. The only thing that we wish we had was pets. There are private entrances to eat apartment, we love that. The neighbours are friendly but mostly keep to themselves, never bother each other. The pool is nice to go to, but they got rid of the hot tub. They keep the grounds clean and ...mowed. We couldn't find a better deal in Olathe for the value!Read More
