Kind staff
August 7, 2024When I come by or call they are always kind and working hard. if I have an issue the manager always responds quickly and the staff follow up afterwards. Maintenance need a little attention but they do work hard keeping us all happy.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to live!!
June 4, 2024Since i have lived here, i have felt safe, valued and included in all need-to-know information. I live in a B2 unit and its the perfect size for a 2-3 person family! It had all the amenities i was hoping for as well as the space i was looking for as well! Staff is very friendly and always helpful when needed! Its close by to so many restaurants, grocery stores and other businesses one might be interested in too! Great place!Property Manager Responded

Decent, I guess
May 30, 2024I've been here since November. "Internet and cable are included" The internet is spotty and the cable is actually some app they want you to use. I have 3 TV's and none of them can download the app but I still have to pay for that and the terrible internet. On top of that, my washer/dryer hasn't worked for two weeks and all they keep saying is that they will look at it tomorrow. Or the "appliance guy" is a no call no show! At this point I'm just paying for stuff I can't even use!! Oh and there's a ...water spot on my ceiling. I let them know, they said they fixed it.. it's gotten bigger. The apartments look nice and it's quiet here but don't expect to get what you're literally paying for!!Property Manager Responded

Great spot to live

Great Apartment, close to everything
May 16, 2024And I do mean everything! I’ve been living here since November and it’s safe, my apartment is very nice, and I can get on the freeway, and I’m walking distance from so many things!
