November 27, 2025I absolutely love living at The Ranches now about 3 years. The new maintenance guy ..I forgot his name again...showed quickly to repair our shower and was happy it was not serious but he was professional and pleasant and able to make repairs needed promptly. All my many questions were clarified by Stephanie who is always remarkable! Hope she gets the recognition she deserves. She makes the difference! I just had a heart transplant in July and recovering well. Recently just returned back to work ...fulltime and have many appts in Salt Lake so I'm driving long distance frequently, but I'm still pleasantly surprised how much I love living in this community.
