This complex is the worst I’ve ever lived in. The cops are constantly being called out, it by no means feels safe. The laundry room and machines are run down and disgusting. Management will nickel and dime you upon move out in order to keep your security deposit. Take photos of EVERYTHING upon move in, they will try to charge you for damage that was already there. you to resurface your tub upon move out… we only lived there a year, how would our tub need resurfacing? The construction and noise is constant. Any concern or issue you have will NEVER be addressed. You’ll get a “sorry you’re experiencing that” and that is it. Honestly the list goes on and on.
The maintenance staff was always a pleasure to work with. Honestly the only positive.
