Rent keeps going up and nothing gets fixed pool always dirty no playground for the kids and to top it off the main office for Rancho de Luna is closed and we have to go to the other property for anything

While that specific unit is well-maintained, the majority of the available apartments are in poor repair. Additionally, my experience with the management office—specifically Randi—was disappointing. I found her approach to maintenance requests unprofessional and dismissive. I would advise taking the high praise in other reviews with a grain of salt, as it does not ...

Me and my husband have lived here 3 years. Ive rented over 5 different apartments and this is the worst living experience we both have ever had. Place is not kept up, office never answers the phone, and it will take months if u have any repairs.
