February 12, 2022When something needs to be maintained in your apartment, they are in no hurry to come to you, you can wait a week or more. The air conditioner broke down, we waited a month for it to be done and they said we still have to wait, we don’t know how long. The management let us know if something If you don't like it, you can move out of the apartment. Parking spots problems, there is no private parking for your car. Children are always playing outside, screaming. Dogs in the complex are always ...barking. Ants were also found in the apartment, no one is doing anything about it. One of the tenants throws large furniture into a general landfill, then comes the bill divided by all tenants. When you see this complex for the first time, it seems that you have found what you were looking for, but when you see all the shortcomings, you immediately descend from heaven to earth.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 15, 2019The corporate office is in it for the money, they will fire there own employees that have worked there for 15 years for apparent reason. just to save couple of dollars, greedy company. don't be fooled into moving here. they have got sued for not giving the tenant deposit back and hiding it, telling the tenant they did work on the apartment after the tenant had left, when tenant would ask for proof they couldn't provide it. Don't believe me search willmark communities. Better Business Bureau even ...rated this complex a one star of how poor they are. They also Fired the most important person in the complex that was turning things around for everyone who actuality cared about her tenants and everyone around the complex. even the people that don't live there. but after being with them for so long, they letter go just like that.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 11, 2019management here is slow getting anything fixed all there maintenance people all quite. i only see one driving around, poor thing. why don't you hire new people with all the money your making off us. hate this please cant wait to move. DON'T MOVE TO THIS LOCATIONS THERE ARE OTHER APARTMENTS CHEAPER THAN THIS. i will be moving out soonReview from Apartments.com

June 26, 2016Apartments filled with ants found them crawling all over my child in th morning. Told management they said it wasn't there problem. Horrible smell coming in from other apartment smelled like something was rotting away. Management staff were terrible never helpful . Pool was always dirty.Review from Apartments.com
