Stubborn staff
June 12, 2018We passed credit check and ID verification we paid insurance and deposit and we are refused to enter because Daisy Allende refuse to accept ID scan over email or video call because of "policy". Asked for a favor to show ID of all who will live there immediately and then ID of remote guarantor 2 days after lease start date and they said that is not possible and we should go away. Deposit of course not to be returned. Awesome! Your Very Own Oasis
July 27, 2015Rancho Monte Vista Apartment Homes go above and beyond to make you feel at home. My wife, son and I were looking for our first place together and this place blew all others we looked at out of the water. It's slightly pushed back off the busy street surrounded by palm trees. It's like a little oasis. The staff is awesome and friendly. They respond immediately to any concerns or problems. All repairs our completed within 48 hours. You won't find a better response time anywhere. The open floor plan ...is amazing. We have the two bedroom two bath with a patio that leads out from the master bedroom. It comes furnished with a washer, dryer,(in its own laundry room) microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. It also also a one car garage at no additional cost. This was exactly what we needed moving into our first place together after just getting married. It has a huge pool area with barbecues. The pool is always clean and maintained year around.
