Rancocas Pointe has been a great place to live. The property is clean, the staff is friendly, and I’ve always had a positive experience. The location is convenient, and the community is peaceful. The only thing I’d love to see in the future is more resident amenities, but overall I’ve been very happy living here and would recommend it to others

As a whole it’s a nice place to live. Quiet, clean and close to shopping centers. I would’ve given it 5 stars if I didn’t have a rough start when moving in but that’s because I moved in between the change of property management and communication was lost and it created a mess for me. But truth be told I don’t blame the current property management; they’re great! I would also prefer assigned parking space with designated guest parking because the lot gets filled fast especially when people are ...

Taylor was wonderful throughout the move-in process. She explained every detail clearly and made everything easy to understand. The welcome gift was a thoughtful touch and made us feel appreciated. The property is quiet, well-maintained, and very nice. Overall, it has been a great move-in experience!

It is a great place to live very quiet community, neighbors are respectful, polite. Property management respond almost ASAP if yiu need assistance they're available maintenance team is efficient and respond to issues and request very promptly they show respect to the tenants. I would recommend family and friends to move here

I have been living at this community for a few months now, not too long after it opened. I am very pleased with my time here, I moved into a brand new unit and any requests I had have been attended to. Even with the transition of management companies the community continues to stay clean and is a welcoming place to live.
