Not worth the price
April 20, 2021Small claustrophobic living area on first floor. Heat and air uncontrollable between floors. Freeze downstairs - sweat upstairs all year long. Advertise stainless steel appliances - mine were silver plastic. Vinyl wood flooring is the cheap - seen much better. Not sure want bathroom vanities are made of but hard to clean. Overall cheap construction with granite counter top throw in the kitchen to call it luxury.Review from Apartments.com

May 16, 2019The unit is very nice, however during the winter months,, the first floor was much colder than the second floor and it was very hard to regulate the temperature between the two floors. The front door had a large air leak and I was notified that all units were similar to mine. The floors are also very very squeaky, otherwise the unit is very nice.Review from Apartments.com

May 16, 2019Becuase the maintenance and service is great, friends and family would love to move here but the cost is too high. This area is not highly trafficked and there arent a lot of things to do around here so not sure why it is so expensive. Also, the heating system is not the best in the end units.
