August 25, 2022Current resident, Happy to say It's been a pleasant experience living here this past year. The staff has always been great from the start. The grounds and outdoor areas have been kept up. I live on the first floor, no loud noises. When I'm inside a can't hear anything from either side apartments. Pool is nice to have and it's also kept up. Utilities are reasonable. The general area feels safe and is nice due to being close to neighborhoods, stores and restaurants on Randall Rd. Great Place To Live!
July 23, 2022Very clean and updated layouts. I am halfway from my current lease and I have had no issues whatsoever. The amenities are great, maintenance is extremely efficient. The price is right and all utilities are fairly cheap.Property Manager Responded

Rundown, loud, dirty apartments.
April 16, 2022I currently live here. The walls are paper thin. I love on the first floor and can hear my neighbors talking. When the tenants above me walk, it sounds like they are going to fall through. Very annoying to hear every step someone makes as a stomp. All of the screens in my apartment have holes in them that allow bugs in. The outside is filthy. The siding is visibly dirty with spider webs all over. I wish I never moved here and can’t wait until my lease is up.Review from Apartments.com
