October 26, 2025The maintenance service is quite slow it usually takes a few days for them to come and check any reported issues. Additionally, there are often flies around the apartment trying to get inside, which makes it uncomfortable at times.Property Manager Responded

September 25, 2025THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES !!! (SMALL BABY ROACHES) MANAGEMENT IS AWARE HOWEVER , IT HAS TO BE REQUESTED TO SPRAY( EVEN THOUGH THEY KNOW ITS ROACH INFESTED ). NONE OF MY OUTLETS WORK ! IN MY UNIT ONLY A SELECT FEW. I ALSO PUT IN A WORK ORDER IN JUNE NOTHING HAS BEEN COMPLETED.THE LEASING OFFICE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!. August 30, 2025My move-in date was scheduled for 23rd August. However the unit was not ready and had to postpone to 25th August. Even after postponement, I see floor was not properly cleaned after pain work. Floor was sticky.Property Manager Responded

July 18, 2025Unfortunately, we've encountered several issues with the unit: The dishwasher is not working. The A/C is not functioning, and the rooms have been quite hot over the past few days. There are several yellow spots on the floor that don’t seem to come off and are quite noticeable. The water in the outside restroom is not draining from the bathtub, and the vent is making a loud noise. The balcony was very dirty when we moved in, with plants scattered everywhere, and pollen has gotten inside. The ...storage room was quite dirty, and there were a lot of spiders. June 27, 2025I recently moved into Randolph Perimeter and my experience has been disappointing. The renovated unit I was assigned lacked the balcony I was promised. When I raised this, I was offered an unrenovated unit, but it was in poor condition. I stayed in the renovated unit, but it was filthy—with roach droppings in the pantry, dirty floors, grimy light switches, and a strong smoke odor. The A/C was broken on arrival and wasn’t fixed for two days. The filter was dirty and only replaced then; a part was ...left behind. All vents are rusted, dusty, and painted over—I was told they’d be replaced, but they haven’t. The thermostat is outdated, and I’ve had no hot water due to inactive gas pilots. There are signs of water damage or mold on the ceiling. My request to remove the washer/dryer was ignored, and I had to give mine away. Communication with the office is poor, and maintenance follow-through is lacking. The only positive has been the valet trash service.Property Manager Responded
