My wife and I get to work with the Apartment Life to host events and love how much of the community comes to hang out, eat, and meet each other while it still feeling like a quiet and nice neighborhood!     My wife and I have loved living here. Units are well-designed and well-maintained. All of the common areas are kept-up properly. They have monthly socials to help you meet neighbors and have a bit of fun. The staff and maintenance crew are always quick to respond and helpful. It’s been an easy place to live and close to all the shopping one needs.

    We absolutely love living here. My husband and I are part of Apartment Life and we matched with Ravello 192 to host events for the community. Living here has truly been such a special experience to meet our neighbors and build community while still feeling like we have the space and privacy of a house. We have met many neighbors and everyone is so welcoming. The events have helped us enjoy our home in ways we didn’t think possible in an apartment! Pets are valued here and I have never felt more ...
    comfortable with my pup in community as I have in this one. With so many animals it’s amazing how clean and respectful of the property all the pet owners are. The layouts are more like townhomes and certainly give the space and privacy as such. Mary and the staff are amazing to work with and always so helpful/quick to respond.

    Mary K. was our property manager and she rocks! The property amenities are really nice including a great pool area. Mary and her maintenance team took such good care of us. Clean, modern and safe. We highly recommend you come meet with Mary and see for yourself.

    I very much enjoyed my time at Ravello 192. The 3 bedroom apartment was great and very good quality. The property was nicely maintained. In the winter the snow was removed quickly. I could not hear my neighbors through the walls. I haven't lived in an apartment in 25 yrs so I was pleasantly surprised at my comfort there. The front office was great and easy to work with. I had to file a work order once for a garage chain that broke and the process was easy and it was fixed the same day. I ...

  • Maintenance and Fees

    I went over 2 months in the winter with no garage door. Called weekly to have them fix. I called for over a month to fix a crack in the foundation between the door and outside. Bugs were crawling in from outside. I finally had to seal it myself. I called over and over to get a leak in the fridge fixed. Finally they came and fixed. Within 2 weeks the fridge began to leak again. Homes are poorly and cheaply built. Two weeks after moving out I received a bill for $900 for damaged carpet. I ...
    was never provided a walk thru to see the so called damage which seems quite unethical. Pictures they sent did not show any type of damage that would require the carpet to be replaced. I wish I could post the pictures on this site. It's laughable. I was also told if I refused to pay the bill I would be sent to collections. Before moving in I had to pay a $600 none refundable "reservation fee". Apparently that fee does not go towards any damage.

  • Great location, feel like townhomes

    These apartments feel like townhomes, and you can walk to Shadow Ridge Country club. Mostly senior citizens and young professionals. Amenities are well kept and we like the staff. Good west Omaha option, we are happy here.

  • Don't waste your money...

    Luxury isn't a term I would use to describe these apartments. The quality of the construction material & appliances are CHEAP. We lived on the first floor & it was basically like walking on concrete. Also, if you end up renting here & live on the first floor you will hear every single step your upstairs neighbor takes, especially if your neighbor is one w/ children allowed to run all over the apartment from 7a-10p, NONSTOP. We thought paying the ungodly amount in rent would come with respectable ...
    neighbors. That is not the case. The older lady next to us also would let her dog outside numerous times between 12-4am, letting it bark right outside our bedroom window. We have lived in numerous apartments so we know you will hear your neighbors, but to the extent that you could hear neighbors was RIDICULOUS. Now the part that should really make you avoid this place - MANAGEMENT. When we gave our move out notice, we asked about what we would owe seeing how we were ending our lease early(horrible living there). We asked NUMEROUS times once they gave us an amount, if that's all we would owe & were told the amount was correct. We paid the huge buyout fee & last month rent & moved out 45 days prior to when we had to turn in keys. We went to clean before our keys were due & found NO doors were locked & there were snowy footprints all throughout the living room/kitchen. Come to find out there was an "emergency" (we have never seen requested work order for this) & they had to make sure there wasn't water backing up into our apartment. Ok, great, we understand that by law they can enter into our apartment for an emergency. We're fine with that. But not ONCE were we notified after the fact & EVERYTHING WAS LEFT UNLOCKED BY MAINTENANCE!! We were still liable for this apartment!!! Management brushed it off, apologizing because maintenance must have thought the apartment keys had already been turned in. Seldin called me, their attitude gave ZERO cares that someone had been in our apartment, left a mess & we were never notified. She pretty much told me the office & maintenance staff would get a slap on the wrist email. I asked to be present during the final walk through. Everything checked out, got a signed paper saying everything checked out. NEXT day, get slapped with a final statement saying we owe a re-letting fee that the lady originally forgot to add in to our final amount 2 months prior. The best part, they have stopped responding to our emails.

  • Something to consider before you rent!!!

    This listing is inaccurate. These town homes DO NOT come with disposals in the kitchen. Something to consider when paying this much for these (or any) unit. Think about the inconvenience about not having such a basic feature before you decide.
