Feels Like Home!
January 10, 2024We have lived here for 4 years and we LOVE it...we recently decided we wanted a smaller unit...unfortunatley there was nothing available...Conner kept her eye out and kept us in the loop of what was going on and just a few weeks ago one opened up and she got us in that one. We are thrilled that we to stay here because we really enjoy living here...we are an older couple and it so pretty and peaceful...the price is very reasonable...the units are laid out so well with a great use of space...our ...neightbors are super nice and everyone really works on keeping the place nice..The office staff is always so helpful when I need something and our maintenance team rocks! Very responsive and professional! If you are looking for a beautiful property at a very affordable price, I would highly recommend it here!Property Manager Responded

Safe and homey complex!
February 20, 2023Just took a tour the other day for this to be my first apartment and I absolutely loved it. The office staff was so helpful with answering all our questions in certainty. Very cute and safe complex. It has an awesome pool for our great summer days in Texas and is close everyday essentials like a gym grocery store, food, etc. Definitely recommend this complex for anyone looking for a new place to call home!Property Manager Responded

Worst place to live
December 7, 2019Had rats, cockroaches and other pests in apartment. Complex never responded to maintenance requests and dog poop is everywhere throughout the property.Review from Apartments.com
Management and Maintenance are clueless
August 23, 2019The management and maintenance staff are absolutely clueless and the property is going downhill FAST! Pool is green and needs resurfacing, breezeways are stained and moldy and need power washing, the exterior walls are green with algae, mold and mildew in ceilings and wall (not treated since hurricane harvey), sheetrock replaced with no insulation, rat and roach infestation, appliances are cheap broken and outdated, the cabinets are peeling and the particle board is crumbling away, multiple ...issues with this property from the careless staff to the multiple burglaries due to lack of security and non operating entrance gates. May 16, 2019We love it here, lots of things to do with our family and friends. Love the pool and the gym. The office staff is great, and we are so happy with the new manager. She is very attentive and gets the job done. Kenneth the leasing agent is always so nice and friendly. If we have a work order the maintenance staff takes care of it right away. This place is luxury!
April 11, 2019We absolutely love living here! Property is well managed, grounds are well kept, office staff is professional at all times. Interior of apartments are beautiful with crown molding and 10 ft ceilings. We have a private entrance with an attached garage which is luxury for us. Never had any pest issues and have been living here for a year. Bedrooms and closets are spacious. Patio is a great size. Nice pool and very nice outdoor fireplace to enjoy. There is a beautiful garden area with a water ...fountain to sit and enjoy your coffee in the mornings. Complex is gated and very quiet area. Neighbors are nice and friendly. I Enjoyed My Year Here.
June 28, 2018Apartments are very spacious and very nice. The people here are very nice and things are very quiet here. I loved living at these apartments.
