I just moved here about a month ago and I'm very pleased that I made the decision to live at Raven's Run. First, the complex is quiet, my building is clean. The area is well kept. It's well lit at night and I feel safe. The staff at the rental office are professional, pleasant, attentive and made me feel welcomed and at home. I live at 6006 Amberwood rd I have been waiting 2 weeks to get the carpet padding put down I have talked to the assistant manager several times and nothing was done when she said. I also have a elderly mother that they gave some man a key that I asked her if she could let me know before he came and with out a key he walked in on her and terrified her she is not in good health so I asked if they could let me know when they coming this is the second time and she is upset
