May 10, 2022roaches, mold, rats, left to sit with raw sewage and only one bathroom for a week. roof leaks, water damage. money missing from original agreements. never contact you back. they make it clear the owner is aware of problems but would rather invest his money taking care of the "renovations" that are literally new appliances and laminate over dirty tile. still mold, rats, roaches, roof leaks!!!!!!!!!Review from Apartments.com

March 13, 2019The manager is horrible and does care at all about their tenants. My apartment flooded three months ago and they still haven’t finished the job and when I ask what’s going on I get a notice to leave. Rather then fixing the job with us here they rather throw us out.
