Apartment flooded- management
February 3, 2020Management would not finish the repair work caused by the broken water heater upstairs. Management required that we do the cleaning after the subcontractors. I recognize that I have to claim the TV, Xbox console, etc on my Renters Policy that were damaged but they the management wants us to pay to clean the construction debris.Review from Apartments.com
Economical and spacy apartment for small group of friends
July 31, 2015Located just off west campus of Cornell University, this little apartment complex is quite a great place if you have a group of 5 friends who wants to live at a price half that of the ones in Collegetown and almost twice the size with an awesome living room and kitchen. I would recommend this place to those who aren't afraid of walking to class, willing to take the bus and those who wants to save some money!
