I have been here 10 years.
March 20, 2017I have lived here a little over ten years. I have had several service requests and have found the owners very responsive and respectful of my needs. Yes, I have had an occasional ant run across my carpet and, who hasn't? One call to the owner and the ant is dealt with within a day. This is a wonderful place to live because of the location, layout of the townhouses and the caring, compassionate owner. TERRIBLE Landlord
May 2, 2016We lived here for nearly three years and just left a few months ago. The good: 1. The layout of the town homes are very nice. 2. The appliances work. 3. Our neighbors were great! The bad: 1. Landlord took 3 days to a week to respond to any requests via email or text. (She did not answer phone calls and don't believe her if she says she will) 2. CONSTANT bug problems. (Don't bother with the landlord) 3. Don't plan on getting your full deposit back. I spent a week during my lunches and after work ...cleaning. Cleaning the floor boards, walls, doors, kitchen, etc. We even shampooed the carpet. We got our deposit back minus $250 because we left the place in "dirty" conditions. OVERALL: Do NOT rent this place if you are not a handyman. My husband had to fix a lot of things because she DOES NOT ANSWER EMAILS, TEXTS. Do NOT rent if you want ANY kind of customer service. Our first apartment as husband and wife
August 13, 2015The apartment is mostly homely because we just got married- my husband and I. It's a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 half bathroom condominium. We like it but the rent is higher than we can afford. We will have to move soon to a more affordable apartment- most likely not a condo. Overall I gave it 4 stars because I really like the layout and the extra bathroom.Review from Apartments.com
