Apartment flooded- management
February 3, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comManagement would not finish the repair work caused by the broken water heater upstairs. Management required that we do the cleaning after the subcontractors. I recognize that I have to claim the TV, Xbox console, etc on my Renters Policy that were damaged but they the management wants us to pay to clean the construction debris.

I would recommend this place to those who aren't afraid of walking to class, willing to take the bus and those who wants to save some money!
