Disappointing
March 16, 2025To put it simply it’s not cared for. Trash is always everywhere, big pieces of furniture by the dumpsters for long periods of time, big dogs even though there’s a “50lb” limit. Very outdated and not kept well. I don’t see how the owners/ office managers allow it to look the way it does.Review from Apartments.com
Beware. They’ll try to keep your deposit for any excuse
February 27, 2021Beware. These people are notorious for finding ways to keep your deposit. I have worked in an apartment complex before. We had to carpet clean the entire apartment before the next tenant moves in regardless of a presence of a stain on the apartment or not. Ravenwood decided to bill me for carpet cleaning for a stain they can’t prove was there. I sent them pictures of my apartment right after I moved out and requested that they send me pictures of the supposed “stain” they claim they found and ...billed $159 for. They couldn’t. I asked other previous tenants I know who lived there and they said the same thing.
