It was a great way to celebrate summer. The pool was open and the kids got some cool sunglasses and treats. My kid loves living here!!!!! The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Kenzie has been consistent in her communication from start to finish. She is very timely with her responses and her ability to listen and meet our needs was excellent. She was very accommodating when we came in for a self tour. She took the time & effort to guide us throughout the apartment property and answered all questions. This was my first & choice for my son’s first apartment. I’m excited!

Meg was amazing. She was so kind and helpful when I came for a tour. She answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome right away. She didn't make me feel rushed, even though I spent almost 2 hours with her. The entire team have been GREAT to work with (Kenzie and Emmerson as well - very professional and friendly). The kind of customer service they are providing really stands out. It is rare and hard to find. Thank you Meg, Kenzie and Emmerson!

The management here has been warm, welcoming and wonderful! Starting with Amanda who I met initially when I started this journey for a new home. When I was ready she had moved on to a new property but God gave a good replacement with Kinsey! She picked up right where Amanda left off. When I moved in the welcoming card and cup warmed my heart. I appreciate Emerson (maintenance) for taking the time to show me how to operate the appliances and thermostat. He also answered all of my questions and ...
immediately took care of the minor things that needed attending to. I even got a birthday card and a yummy cookie at my door for my birthday! Its the little things that mean a lot.
What I have seen and appreciate greatly is the cleanliness of the property. I thank God that not only everywhere I go it is evident that management cares, my neighbors care as well. From the office, to the gym, to the trash area, parking lot and the building breezeways, and the Starbucks coffee. Nice and clean. Great community. Thank you Ravines at Rocky Ridge. I can't stress how wonderful of an apartment I have lived at for the past 8 months. The Ravines at Rocky Ridge has a very welcoming atmosphere. I've never seen the staff without a smile on their faces. Brittni, the apartment manager here at Rocky Ridge went out of her way to make my day special through their superb community engagement. I highly recommend living here!

Moved here in July 2020 on a short term lease. The value for the apartment is excellent, it is safe, well maintained and it has a competitive rate compared to other apartment communities in the area. The only drawback is that the walls are thin and you can sometimes hear the noise from neighboring apartments. The office ladies are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Amanda. She worked hard to grant our request for a garage close to our apartment when we moved in. The maintenance crew ...

Can’t recommend living here enough. Having worked in real estate, the importance of a good property manager can’t be understated, and the staff at Rocky Ridge actually cares. They’re prompt, polite, reasonable, friendly, and actually try. Not many property managers do that. You’ll only have issues here if you’re the issue. Amenities are great, well kept, and very nice. Pricing is better than comparable properties by at least $100 from what I’ve seen too
