I have been here over a year and love the environment. The townhomes are BEAUTIFUL and spacious. In some ways you can tell that these were put together kind of quickly (I.e. uneven painting) but nothing too serious. There was an issue with my toilet that I had no clue about and ended up with a $500+ water bill 2 months in a row. Mgmt took care of the issue and made sure that I did not have to pay that amount. Mgmt has now changed hands and it has been a little rocky, but overall no serious ...

concerns. Would highly recommend getting a unit that is farther back from Taylor Rd. unless you want to hear all the traffic. Despite all of this, it is quiet and a great place to call home!

Me and my husband moved here couple months ago and we love it. It's very quiet and all of our neighbors are nice . The application processes was quick and easy and the leasing manager kept us updated on everything. The best part is, it close to the most of the stores and it has space compare to my previous apartment . I'm so glad I can call this place home. The only thing I wish is, if they had I play area for the kids. Because there is a lot of kids in our community and they play on the road ...

which is not safe for them. Most of all, I Do recommend anyone to check out.

The place itself is beautiful. But the management is horrible. This is ran like an HOA but without an HOA. Parking is terrible. They claim to be strict on who lives here. But yet there has been 2 drug deals gone bad, and guns being pulled within a week of each other. If you want anything fixed, you have to buy the part then maintenance will come fix it. If you have a water leak with water literally coming through the walls or floor they just blow dry it and paint over the water marks. You can ...

only grill on your drive way, not on your patio. You cannot walk your dogs past others yards. If you park in the “wrong spot” you get fined. You get fined for everything back here.
