Our move in has been pretty smooth so far. Everything is great and maintenance was quick with our request. The staff is beyond helpful and so far it’s been easy trying to handle anything from transferring from one apartment to another.

I've been a resident for five years, and while we're moving now, we genuinely enjoyed our time. For the first year and a half, under previous management, we experienced some difficulties with getting issues resolved and communication was slow. However, once the new ownership took over, there was a significant improvement. Communication became much better, and maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently. I'll also miss my neighbors, who were always quiet and respectful.

I enjoy this residential community. The maintenance team and groundskeepers keep it clean and liveable every day. The management team has great communication and are very efficient. They also plan community events for residents around the holidays, resume writing workshops, and cooking workshops. It's very peaceful here.
