September 14, 2025I've been a resident for five years, and while we're moving now, we genuinely enjoyed our time. For the first year and a half, under previous management, we experienced some difficulties with getting issues resolved and communication was slow. However, once the new ownership took over, there was a significant improvement. Communication became much better, and maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently. I'll also miss my neighbors, who were always quiet and respectful.Property Manager Responded

June 2, 2025I enjoy this residential community. The maintenance team and groundskeepers keep it clean and liveable every day. The management team has great communication and are very efficient.
