It’s okay
January 28, 2026Maintence can be very spotty. I fell down icy stairs while pregnant, the office was open so salt should have been sprinkled but was not. The office staff are very kind and Domingo has always been sweet, but we are getting tired of constantly not having water in some way shape or form.Property Manager Responded

Poor maintenance and non existent staff
July 5, 2023Started off good staff was nice. As I started to make maintenance reports they started to be rude and disrespectful. I have had multiple problems with my ac along with a few other things. I ask for an exterminator for the roaches that are coming out of the hole in the wall. they just told maintenance to cover the hole and the pesticide person was coming in two weeks. Which I pay for every month and only see them every 3-5. I also found mold in my apartment and asked for a mold test and the report ...was closed within 30 minutes of the maintenance guy showing up to work.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible Staff and Horrible Maintenance
May 17, 2023The apartments here are extremely unkept. Maintenance fails to fix anything on time, if at all, and does a poor job of it. The staff is extremely unorganized, lazy, and greedy. They will only do there job if they will profit from it, other than that they are useless. They treat people differently based on some conditions that I don’t know of, and unfortunately, as a current resident, I was one to be treated horribly.
