Dirty There’s roaches, the hallways are dirty the laundry room is dirty the washing machines are disgusting the garbage shoot is disgusting the walls drip with trash and the room smells horrible, the big dumpsters are by the pool and that area is never cleaned and it smells like trash, the bathroom by the pools 0/10 clean, you need a better cleaning service and someone new to fumigate, I found a roach in the elevator imagine if it would’ve gotten on me. Management sucks there never here and never ...

I believe that Renew Aurora is very efficient at responding with an automated message. If Renew Aurora was efficient at actual maintenance, I would not feel compelled to even respond. I would much rather have not been locked out of the building at 11:30 at night and left hanging out to dry until I had to confront the building manager first thing the next morning after being locked into my own apartment. Sucks Horrible I will let people know never to rent from you guys and I was a tenant for 10 years and the last 2 were the worse and it’s sad that this place is ok with losing good tenants!! And the smoking in the month last month was horrible and they did nothing about it!! But thank goodness I’m out of that place!! And let’s hope I get my money back since I left my apartment nice and clean!!
