February 5, 2026My 2 1/2 years here have been largely fantastic. The management change was very much appreciated. George and his maintenance team are particulary professional, and he always has a kind word or chat to share. Snow removal wasn't the best and there have been some summer pool issues, hence the removal of one star. Overall, highly recommend!Property Manager Responded

January 26, 2026Things have definitely changed since we moved in. Valet trash is a hit or miss, maintenance request are very slowly answered with no communication until you say something, jobs half way done with a promise to come back and they never showProperty Manager Responded

January 23, 2026I think it’s an okay place to live. We love the apartment but there is definitely clear corners that have been cut. Sometimes maintenance could be better. People don’t respect dog park rules.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026The apartment building that I live in is pretty quiet and no one bothers you. Some neighbors speak and are very friendly. I just wish that the folks that have been here over 5 years could be able to meet to give some of our opinions on some things that could be changed. Overall we've enjoyed living at Renew.
