December 12, 2025I love my apartment, but I didn't realize the building was built in the 90s, so that says a lot about the landlord's upkeep. There were a few things wrong that I didn't really notice till I moved into the apartment.Property Manager Responded

October 28, 2025My move in was 10 days ago and everything seems ok so far. I requested maintenance for a leaky fridge and broken screen door and that has not happened yet. I also do not have a trash can yet for valet trash (which was on my bill for this month) Otherwise, all is good.Property Manager Responded

September 10, 2025We just moved in and leasing office has been so nice and accommodating and the apartment is beautiful! We set up fast and neighbors have been very friendly and we love our new home so far! Love the area for my dog she loves walking around here and loves the new digs as well! August 14, 2025nice quiet place to live everything is kept up and maintained, they are quick if you need a repair and they have events for the entire community to come out and socialize, like food trucks coming in, pit beef cook out plus other gatherings. July 31, 2025I just moved in an everyone in the office was very nice and polite. Every neighbor I've run into has also been super nice and welcoming. The apartment is beautiful and the noise level is minimal. So far I love it here!Property Manager Responded
