    Everything is nice can’t complain; this is my second maybe third year here and I love it. Nice school area. Neighbors are friendly! Has a little noise here and there but that’s to be expected. Nice community

    nice quiet place to live everything is kept up and maintained, they are quick if you need a repair and they have events for the entire community to come out and socialize, like food trucks coming in, pit beef cook out plus other gatherings. My 3 years here have been great.

    I just moved in an everyone in the office was very nice and polite. Every neighbor I've run into has also been super nice and welcoming. The apartment is beautiful and the noise level is minimal. So far I love it here!

    Okay, not the best. Glad to be moving out. I don’t recommend for anyone at all. I wouldn’t even live here for over a month. The neighbors are there worst.

  • Unsafe living conditions

    Do not rent here if you want any maintenance request completed in a timely manner. I moved in July 2024 and placed a maintenance request for a window to be replaced because it didn’t close all the way. I honestly didn’t follow up on it because I put curtains up. I was not contacted until APRIL OF 2025 for them to come measure the window for replacement. The window is now scheduled to be replaced June 2025 almost a full year after the request was made. My AC has been not working for over a week ...
    now in an EXTREME HEAT ADVISORY. I came to realize if I’m not calling everyday to follow up there is no one actually calling the ac maintenance contractor to get it fixed. They provided one portable AC unit that only slightly cools one room in the entire apartment. The thermostat in the house reached 93 degrees as I am now on DAY 11 with no central AC and they refuse to provide an additional portable Ac unit. I can’t even make food in the kitchen without getting dizzy. It’s unbearable.

    Would recommend researching this place and maybe not renting here. Pay a little bit more money and move to another place. Between management and the company they do not care about the people renting

    Move in day went smooth. Appointment to sign lease was timely. Parking for truck was adequate. Limited concerns with apartment. Guest find parking easily. No issues so far.
