December 10, 2025Well just this month has been awful. We didn't have water in our unit for a couple of days. We got notified late when the water was off. There is no type of communication going on here.Property Manager Responded

July 26, 2025Nice neighborhood. Quiet for the most part. Kid friendly. A little of the higher price side but not too bad. Maintenance is fairly quick with requests. They just little things in the main office, providing refreshments, and etc. especially on holidays.Property Manager Responded

LOOK TWICE!
June 28, 2025Current tenant! Please be aware of the Unprofessionalism that you will receive once you SIGN the lease. The ONLY PERSON who has attempted to help me was Krystal. Questions go unanswered. Work orders go unfinished. (EMAILS) Two of the rooms are on a unfinished construction site! When it rains it rains in two of the rooms which ends in MOLD Allow this to be your last search. Parking is OUT OF CONTROL. Why am I here? • Because most complexes require 3 times the rent.. •Rent goes up every ...year. I pay my rent on time! No government assistance, my children & I should be comfortable. I'm sure it's many like me that have been patient enough, & its only so much the property manager can do, appears as if she cleaning up every other manager we have had in the past mess! No need to respond saying emailing my concerns to your email. I SAID I NEVER GET A REPLY.Property Manager Responded

May 16, 2025The main issue I have living in ReNew Brandon apartment is every year my rent is increasing without reason. I am having trouble paying my rent. Also, I feel that the tenants should not have to pay water, sewage and trash because rent is already high. Outside of these issues it's a quite place to live.Property Manager Responded

May 13, 2025I moved from a house to an apartment I never lived in apartments. This unit I'm in air is out they gave me a windows unit. Back room got water damage from the apt. Upstairs no one told us nothing . We come to find out that our clothes were damaged and they say they can't do anything. No one has return to fix on the back room or communicate with me bout the air... I'm having a bad experiment in this apartment!!! Very unhappyProperty Manager Responded

April 20, 2025It’s peaceful! I can come sit on my porch and enjoy the beautiful day if its not raining. The only thing is the walls are thin and if you staying on top you can hear the person under you leave and come back with the door slamming. But overall its peaceful.Property Manager Responded
