Issues
May 26, 2018I currently reside at New Cambridge apartment, where I have had to live with no hot water, no cold water, brown water, no water at least one or the other on a daily basis a few times a day. Although their are numbers to contact, many times the resolution does not exist. Imagine this with a new born baby. I have had to endure this for 11 months, I can not wait until my lease is over at the end of June. And yes, staff is very friendly, but I’m sorry does not help me shower or brush my teeth before ...or after work. It doesn’t help when my child needs to be bathe or fed. Despite the water issue, it is a very nice, clean environment and the closest space is spectacular. I’ve been told by the new owners/leasing company that the pipes are being replaced. I really wish I could have experienced the cost of living here at New Cambridge, but I have gone bankrupt staying in hotels just to assure that I get to work fresh and clean and that my child has accommodations.Property Manager Responded

Bang for your buck
November 20, 2015I just moved to New Cambridge Apartments because I got hired by ESPN and can honestly say that you get a bang for your buck. I moved to the $675 studio and it includes heat and hot water. The lady that works here in the leasing office and helped me everything, Barbara, is one of the sweetest and nicest lady I've ever met. I was moving from Barcelona, Spain to Bristol, which wasn’t the most easy thing to do logistic wise and she was very helpful throughout the entire moving process. Also, you have ...everything at walking distance here at Farmington Avenue, which is a plus. You have 2 parking spots which is great and the apt/studio is cable and internet ready, so if you contract for example, Comcast, they can install everything in a matter of 2/3 days.Property Manager Responded

Great value. Bristol, CT
July 24, 2015I enjoy living at the New Cambridge apartments. I have a large one bedroom with plenty of closet space. The agent, Barbara was extremely helpful during my search. She was always available to contact with questions prior to and during my stay. The apartment is near shopping, restaurants, gyms and near major highways. Plenty of parking. Laundry facilities on each floor. The building is well maintained and safe with a locked lobby door.Property Manager Responded
