    Not bad! I’m living here from November 2023, and have a lot Of experience. Th reasons of my 3 star: old apartments, not good apartments renovations and 15 months of lease(this is too much) because they initially had no other options, only 15 months of lease.

    No stolen packages, respectful neighbors, no excessive smells or loud noises, no visible pests or signs of pests. Love controllable AC. The only down sign is having low water pressure because the water is too hot at higher pressure, but everything is amazing so far.

    Amazing experience so far. There is a good managment as every time we request something to be fixed in our appartement, it got fixed asap and well done. I also like the experience with my neighbors, they are pretty cool.
