July 30, 2025DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Where do I start. So I do understand this complex is under new management, so things are a work in progress, but a few important things are overlooked. The mailbox in my building looks like it was ripped from the wall, or someone tried to rip it from the wall. I cannot even get my mail sent to my mailbox because my mailbox is wide open because of this. The parking situation is ridiculous. You have all these rules and guidelines in place for parking, but don’t follow them. ...It’s been the same cars sitting in visitor spots for days, without visitors passes, but has not been moved or towed yet. Safety is also an issue at this complex. I came home from work months ago with a mysterious key in my door (this same key was sitting on top of the mailbox for weeks…why all of a sudden try to use it on my door?). Just this morning, I woke up to see a footprint on my door, as if someone tried to break in. If your going to move to the Durham/chapel hill area…go somewhere else.Property Manager Responded
