November 19, 2025Great neighborhood!! The area is quiet and the neighbors were very friendly when we moved in! There are a few flaws in the townhome itself, but they are all just everyday wear-and-tear. We are really enjoying it here!Property Manager Responded

September 1, 2025When maintenance is requested, the service is not satisfactory. The response time is lengthy. The apartment had multiple issues that should have been addressed prior to occupancy. The apartment was not clean as expected. Additionally, there is mold in the basement that I have reported, but no action has been taken. A new microwave was installed incorrectly, and the door will not open. I have been unable to obtain assistance to rectify the issue, rendering the microwave currently unusable.Property Manager Responded

June 19, 2025I must say, the area around my residence is always clean. The grass,trees,and bushes are kept well groomed. Absolutely no complaints with the upkeep of the outside. However, indoor maintenance issues could be addressed quicker. We have an issue with our garage door that has been open for over a month.
