January 16, 2026The apartments are very clean upon move in, and appliances are nice and up-to-date. The area is nice and easy to navigate with a lot of places to go and things to do. It is very close to EHS and SIUE. There are walking trails close and a short distance to the local gym. The community is nice, with little noise, depending on your neighbors. However, I have found soundproofing for voices is very good. The only noises I have heard from my next door neighbors are banging and going down the stairs ...from time to time. Additionally, soundproofing within the apartment itself is exceptional between the bedrooms and good throughout the rest of the house.
