February 22, 2023This place is like that one TikTok when they paint over mold, holes, dirt & dust and say renovated lol. Other than that this place is decent. I just finished my lease & besides kitchen sink breaking down Once a month, I can’t complain about this place. Rumors about cockroaches are false, indoor ones at lease. The office staff are great but always busy. In the summer times it does get really busy at the pool area as people leave a mess and it look kinda trashy so expect that. Parking sucks in the ...summertime also because from what I’ve noticed people who don’t even live here will come just to use the pool so there goes our guest parking unfortunately. My husband is armed security so we had to stop someone from taking our neighbors Cadillac converter but other than intruders this place really isn’t bad, I loved it here truly.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
DON'T GET THIS PLACE
September 14, 2022This place is horrible now (plus all our neighbors are leaving or planning to leave). It's not even worth living here anymore. My boyfriends and I just got this place two month. We were excited, but all we see it a bunch black widows and cockroaches. We put maintenances request and it said that they already fix our problem but no came (we work from home and we got new furniture). The trash is always overfilling and dirty. When moving here they said everything was new, but everything is painted ...over just to make it look like it's new (don't believe the pictures online). The cabinet are even paint over (the bathtub is paint over too) and mess up. we didn't have the keys to our place until the second day (just key to the house; we got the mail key, pool key, and gate key days later). New owners haven’t impressed.
January 12, 2022This place switched over to new owners suddenly without much notice. We went weeks with trash piling up and things left unattended. New office manager is not friendly. The laundry rooms were unusable for weeks and they didn’t do anything about it or let anyone know anything about what was happening. They don’t reply to emails, texts, and their voicemail box is full. They’ve finally hired people to clean up the trash around the complex so that’s an improvement at least.Review from Apartments.com
New owners dont care
January 4, 2022This place used to be a good complex until they were recently purchased by trion properties, since then the rent has increased the apartments complex is a mess as well as the laundry rooms. Theres no way to do laundry since the machines are broken and not being fixed and the managers say its not there responsibility. Crazy we can pay our hard earned money and not have the same amenities that we had under the previous owners. This place is on the decline.Review from Apartments.com
