December 28, 2025Apartments are okay but ive lived here over 8 months struggling with cockroaches ever since we moved in. Endless pest control treatments payed out of my pocket and still no improvement. Going to lose most of my furniture once i move out because I’m not trying to take these things with me somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

October 29, 2025Work orders are not really completed in a timely manner. The property isn’t bad looking, the office staff when they are actually in the office are sometimes nice. Wouldn’t recommend as the best place to live but it is affordableProperty Manager Responded

June 27, 2025Apartment is okay. Theree are a lot of things that should’ve been checked before having someone move in. First my AC wasn’t working, theres a cockroach infestation and when i tried to use the oven it doesn’t even work. There were tickets to get that fixed but i believe those are things that should be checked on before renting the units to someone new.Property Manager Responded
