July 27, 2025Well-priced, included parking, responsive leasing staff and a prompt and effective maintenance crew with an intuitive online help and maintenance portal make this a great place to live, especially in Baltimore city proper. February 28, 2025The staff here is amazing but ever since I've been living here, about six years, the atmosphere has gone downhill. No more resident events. There are a lot of "rules/demands" that now make it feel like we live in a dorm. There is no urgency to keep the courtyard from being a dog park. You kind of just live here in the hopes that you don't get a noise complaint or an email of "what not to do" while living here.
