For the most part it's a nice place to live. I wish the parking lot was more lit up. I wish people with dogs would pick up after them. I have several piles of poop by my fence.

The manger was so great and helpful. I appreciate all she did for me. Its honestly so nice to come home to such a great place. I had an issue with the heater during a snowstorm and they showed up to fix my issue. I'm very appreciative and grateful for them.

During the last snow event, snow was removed from the the front doors of the ground level apartments but 6 inches of snow was left on the stairs and second floor landings.

The 1st yr of 2022 was challenging and moved in with the older management, in a poor condition. An have watched the apartments be updated and brought back to a refreshed undated condition, with a safe environment feeling while living here. I will continue to recommend ReNew East.

We enjoy living here. Grounds are clean and staff are friendly. It’s close to both of our jobs and we enjoy the onsite amenities. We often go to the gym and like swimming in the pool during the summer. It also has a nice outdoor seating area where you can have a fire and relax when the weather is nice.
