July 30, 2025Maintenance is quick and responds to all needs however I have been having ongoing issues with my water/shower. When one things gets fixed another issue occurs. It’s becoming an inconvenience and frustrating. I sent in emails and complaints but the leasing office have ignored all complaints or having gotten in touched.Property Manager Responded

June 1, 2025The management here are kind and responsive. My move in was overall smooth. The neighborhood is very quiet, with the exception of loud music from upstairs one night. I’m giving 4 stars because of the amount of insects I have seen in the unit since being here 1 week. When pest control sprayed for insects it helped for 2 days, now I see them daily again. Hopefully, with pest control coming once a week daily I will see improvement.Property Manager Responded
