November 24, 2025I've really enjoyed living at ReNew Apartments. The community is quiet, the location is convenient, and the layout of the units feels comfortable and cozy. March 4, 2024Rent high and just keeps on increasing plus I was moved into a unit with cracks in the foundation and embedded mold on the walls and sink, but interacting with the apartment staff is always easy even if it does take a little back and forth they usually work with you pretty well and there's always something eventful they have to offer. Really it was the condition of the apartment that threw me off idk if it's cus Im young or cus i didn't do a walk through. I was even informed that some of the ...appliances, when I've needed maintenance, are outdated. Just an honest review, stuck around because it's peaceful and they leave you alone neighbors aren't nosey at least mine aren't , community is okay even though the residents seem to be prone to throwing their trash outside on the ground so sometimes it's on my patio so when I have kids over I have to be cautious for them to go out there.when the grass gets cut it's all on my patio and whatever they blow around with the leaf blower.Property Manager Responded

February 19, 2024Until now the experience has been very good, the apartment very comfortable, and the community very quiet. It should be noted that on the 1st day the refrigerator did not work, I called the condominium and in less than 30 minutes I already had a new refrigerator at the door of the apartment, with very professional treatment from the maintenance person. The only thing that can be improved in my experience so far is the parking spaces, they are very limited and sometimes I have to parking a little ...far from the apartment.Property Manager Responded
