September 3, 2025It’s been a year roughly, I am very happy with the apartment, yes they are older but the apartment I am in, does look like it’s been unkept & updated. It’s very quiet which is wonderful. The fitness room is clean & well maintained. The pool is nice as well. Leasing office does take complaints seriously and that is greatly appreciated. August 11, 2025Well, I enjoy living here but they got rid of my two favorite staff Tabatha who work in the rental office and Daniel who was here on grounds we know longer see him he got Promoted to a higher position and wish him the best but not having him on grounds every day is a loss .More then one resident feels this way he develop a relationship with each resident in a professional and friendly manner we just hope we don't loss Shisrill hope I spell her name right our property manager if so I will not ...renew my lease I am looking right now the staff makes the property I been here since 2018 never been late with rent I been early.Thanks for allowing me to give my feed back.....Kevin W : )Property Manager Responded

June 26, 2025When we moved in there were a lot of things wrong with the apartment. Because there is only one maintenance man for all of the buildings my work orders weren’t completed for MONTHS. It’s kind of hard to get in touch with the leasing office besides just walking up there.Property Manager Responded

January 8, 2025Nice area. Friendly staff. Units are older and need a lot of work done. Luckily, maintenance team is great. Best part is everything is so close by (Wegmans, shopping centers, etc).Property Manager Responded

January 2, 2025Darien's maintenance supervisor came to fix my bathroom toilet promptly with no delay. And told me what was wrong .
