July 30, 2025Friendly and willing to work with you on whatever is needed. However, office almost never answers the phone, maybe 1 of every 6 times calling. The maintenance team also tends to mark projects as completed without completing the work order.Property Manager Responded

June 2, 2025Rating is so low because we are having an awful time here. It's so hard to be comfortable in our apartment with the heat, we first started requesting maintenance beginning of may and our ac is still not fixed and it's now June. it's always 80 in here we can't sit in the living room without sweat pouring. We have spent our own money on mini fans and even a window unit trying to keep it cool in here but nothing is helping . Laundry room charges 2x to wash almost every time and we always have to ...call and the company to get a refund . it’s summer time and the pool is green . The apartments need major remodel for the price people are paying …!!!Property Manager Responded

March 4, 2025The grounds maintnance leaves alot to be desired. There are rocks all over the hardscape and sidewalks making getiing to your car extremely dangerous at night since lighting after dark is almost non existent. The sloar light they have up barely lights the area up. The lights only turn on AFTER you have entered a dark area. I fail to see how that is in the resident's best interest. ReNew Heights is a place that rent from strictly to avoid being homeless. The only bright spot is the maintenance man ...with the white car. I fail to recall his name, but, he is an asset to this place.Property Manager Responded
