Please is quiet and no problem with parking. They just need to get better at the maintenance tickets because they never fix anything. And they put in the system that they did.

It's always really quiet and very well lit up in the night for a nice walk. The only thing is the maintenance is a little slow other than that I think 4 stars is perfect for this place

This apartment is a great deal for anyone on a budget. The rent is very affordable, and the unit has everything you need for a simple, comfortable stay. The neighborhood is generally quiet, and I feel safe here. Maintenance responds, and while the place is not brand new, it’s clean and functional. Perfect for students, single renters, or anyone trying to save money.

Overall we’ve had our ups and downs but have lived here for 3 years and enjoyed the house. Only 1 incident occurred and they corrected it. We felt like home here

The location is good but parking sucks and it's quite here but wall are very thin. The rent will always go up every year but you can decide chose your price after the first year like how many months for the price lock for the year
