September 8, 2025This apartment is a great deal for anyone on a budget. The rent is very affordable, and the unit has everything you need for a simple, comfortable stay. The neighborhood is generally quiet, and I feel safe here. Maintenance responds, and while the place is not brand new, it’s clean and functional. February 12, 2025Moving in process was great however lack of communication began once we actually moved in. Management could be a little more empathetic towards tenants needs. Very curt attitude makes snide remarks. On going issues such aa appliances not working correctly which leads to several work orders issued before the problem is actually taken care of.
