September 8, 2025This apartment is a great deal for anyone on a budget. The rent is very affordable, and the unit has everything you need for a simple, comfortable stay. The neighborhood is generally quiet, and I feel safe here. Maintenance responds, and while the place is not brand new, it’s clean and functional. September 2, 2025They take care of you. And plus are very polite to you when you go in the office for any reason you got going on.plus campus on property very nice and cleaned. February 12, 2025Moving in process was great however lack of communication began once we actually moved in. Management could be a little more empathetic towards tenants needs. Very curt attitude makes snide remarks. On going issues such aa appliances not working correctly which leads to several work orders issued before the problem is actually taken care of. Roach issue which management seems to want to blame us for from the attitude we get. All in all could be a lot better.Property Manager Responded

January 19, 2025We had an instance where our sliding door was shattered by a rock police were called and report was made but the manager blamed us trying to make us pay for it. They also refused to ensure safety and used cardboard tape to the door as a way of covering it while waiting for the glass to replace it. I had to buy cardboard and make it safer for us.Property Manager Responded

September 6, 2024We have only had 1 incident where someone tried to break into our apartment by throwing rocks and breaking the glass door. The manager was disrespectful and rude blaming us rather than reading the police report but after contacting corporate they fixed it.Property Manager Responded
