The only trouble I've had in the past is the community does have trouble with people breaking into cars. February 5, 2026It's pretty alright but the walls are pretty thin and they dont clean the hallways or stairways as much as you'd think. People in my building left actual dog droppings in the carpeted hallways and on the stairs and it was there for a week.Property Manager Responded

February 4, 2026The community was generally quiet, and the location was convenient for work, school, and daily errands. Maintenance requests were handled in a reasonable time, and the property was kept clean throughout most seasons. I appreciated having consistent parking and feeling safe coming home at night. The apartment itself offered adequate space and natural light, making it comfortable to settle into daily routines. There were occasional challenges, such as noise from neighbors and minor maintenance ...issues, but they were manageable. Communication with the leasing office was usually professional and helpful when questions arose. This lease taught me responsibility, budgeting, and how to advocate for myself as a tenant. January 23, 2026I am in my 16th year here, and I love my apt and the community. The management is awesome too, and the convenience and cliseness of everything, such as stores, restaurants, gas stations too. Alot of choices. I love watching the wildlife from my 3rd floor balcony. Deer, squirrels, turkeys, birds, ducks, and geese, and in the spring/ summer, baby ducks and geese. They are so cute following their parents, and watching them learning to swim across the pond all in a row.
