Kind staff, fast maintenance. Close to the schools, overall a good experience. The only trouble I've had in the past is the community does have trouble with people breaking into cars. But I really like the building security and the whoo app so I can see what's going on.

I love living here. My only complaint is a lot of stink bugs on the 3rd floor even though they are sprayed and there is no way to buzz in guests without physically going to let them in

It's pretty alright but the walls are pretty thin and they dont clean the hallways or stairways as much as you'd think. People in my building left actual dog droppings in the carpeted hallways and on the stairs and it was there for a week.

I am in my 16th year here, and I love my apt and the community. The management is awesome too, and the convenience and cliseness of everything, such as stores, restaurants, gas stations too. Alot of choices. I love watching the wildlife from my 3rd floor balcony. Deer, squirrels, turkeys, birds, ducks, and geese, and in the spring/ summer, baby ducks and geese. They are so cute following their parents, and watching them learning to swim across the pond all in a row. Thee best life ever !! ...

We have been living here for a few months now and we absolutely love it. It's peaceful, clean, neighbors are awesome, leasing office staff and maintenance are pretty great. No complaints.

What I like most about Renew Kentwood would be the electronic key pad to access the main door, on site laundry, maintenance is exceptional and the location is tucked away behind woods and gives it a secluded feel.
