The management is awesome too, and the convenience and cliseness of everything, such as stores, restaurants, gas stations too. Alot of choices. I love watching the wildlife from my 3rd floor balcony. Deer, squirrels, turkeys, birds, ducks, and geese, and in the spring/ summer, baby ducks and geese. They are so cute following their parents, and watching them learning to swim across the pond all in a row.
