October 8, 2024As a resident, I am happy with this community. The only downside is the sirens you hear almost everyday and the insensitive neighbors who don’t know when to keep the noise down. The staff and maintenance are very friendly, no doubt about that.Property Manager Responded

September 24, 2024My wife and I have been here for 1 1/2 years and we like it here. It's close to a lot of amenities . The Apt is comfortable and the neighbors are friendly. The grounds and the streets and well kept. However there is a problem with keeping up on the garbage compound. By Sunday you can't get into the compactor due to all the trash bags blocking the entrance. We make it a habit to empty ours during the weekdays. Otherwise things are good.Property Manager Responded

August 21, 2024Not great on the maintenance service. I had a problem with my dishwasher 4 months ago and it never got fixed. They kept pending the process for more than 4 months.Property Manager Responded
