February 11, 2026The traffic noise is insanely loud and all the residents in my building smoke so you can't open windows or doors for fresh air. The maintenance staff gets a 10/10. They are prompt and try to solve all maintenance problems.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026No amenities, can't even use patio as desired, pool closed have the time...kids play in parking lot as nowhere to ride bikes or run. One garbage area which is alway overflowing on weekends, very unsightly, yet constant harassment if you leave anything on a patio...no bikes, toys, BBQ, plants on and on..Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026I've complained several times about the constant marijuana smell coming through the vent, in the entrance breezeway, and can't open my windows or doors. I've asked to be let out of my lease and I was offered to move myself to another unit, which they couldn't guarantee that I wouldn't have the same issues. I haven't received a response and it's already month later. I wanted to avoid giving a bad rating but people need to know that nothing will happen with your complaints. My lease is up in June ...and I will not renew or recommend this complex. The homeless walk right up into the entrance ways and steal from your front door. "I have video proof" I will give maintenance a good Kudos as they're always willing to repair what's needed in a timely manner.Property Manager Responded
