I have been living here going on 3 years now. this place is literally home to me. I don't plan on moving any time soon. I like the layout of my unit, and the maintenance guys and leasing office staff are great! every situation i personally have had have was handled accordingly in a great time frame. Only bad thing I would say is they dont keep you updated during the process of doing a big replacement job in your unit, nor warn you before going in the unit or your building for preventative ...
inspections. But overall, I wouldn't move from here unless of course I had to, or if I move from Atlanta.

Very nice place very quiet and i like all the new amenities Very close to restaurants and Publix transportation is not to Far For the most part i can not complain and the leasing office manager she very friendly and also have good customer service

The staff here are some of my favorite people I've met! ReNew was the first time renting an apartment for me, and they've been nothing but kind, and also even offer free community drinks for us to get to know our neighbors!

I absolutely love my new home! The layout won me over immediately, and the location is perfect close to everything I need. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful. Even the maintenance team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Community is beautiful and the leasing agents are amazing ?? I just moved in and i absolutely love my townhouse! ?? The maintenance department is very quick with response time and there’s always someone on site.

I like as of now how I see there’s no drama not to loud at all peaceful neighbors are polite what I didn’t like was the spiders I constantly see but that shall be no biggie as I could get something to get rid of them other than that I’m excited to be apart of the community!!
