January 26, 2026I have been living here going on 3 years now. this place is literally home to me. I don't plan on moving any time soon. I like the layout of my unit, and the maintenance guys and leasing office staff are great! every situation i personally have had have was handled accordingly in a great time frame. Only bad thing I would say is they dont keep you updated during the process of doing a big replacement job in your unit, nor warn you before going in the unit or your building for preventative ...inspections. But overall, I wouldn't move from here unless of course I had to, or if I move from Atlanta.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 12, 2025I absolutely love my new home! The layout won me over immediately, and the location is perfect close to everything I need. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful. Even the maintenance team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. August 10, 2025I have been living on this property since 2023 and I renewed my lease again for next year??, so that should say something lol. The property itself is quiet at any time of day so I am extremely grateful for that. Mike is THE BEST maintenance guy you will ever meet! The leasing office staff are very responsive and helpful. They actually answer the office phone thank God for that. The maintenance guys help in multiple ways! For example, if they see you walking with your trash they will literally let ...you put it on their go-cart and they take it for you, which they don't have to do so it is very much appreciated??. I appreciate the security guard we have on property at night as well. They also have food trucks on property here and there during the winter time and incorporate events/contests during the holidays???. I am overall appreciative to be able to live on this property.Property Manager Responded
