August 10, 2025I have been living on this property since 2023 and I renewed my lease again for next year??, so that should say something lol. The property itself is quiet at any time of day so I am extremely grateful for that. Mike is THE BEST maintenance guy you will ever meet! The leasing office staff are very responsive and helpful. They actually answer the office phone thank God for that. The maintenance guys help in multiple ways! For example, if they see you walking with your trash they will literally let ...you put it on their go-cart and they take it for you, which they don't have to do so it is very much appreciated??. I appreciate the security guard we have on property at night as well. They also have food trucks on property here and there during the winter time and incorporate events/contests during the holidays???. I am overall appreciative to be able to live on this property.Property Manager Responded

May 9, 2025My experience so far could definitely be better. I’m still in the process of moving in and have had a hard time getting in touch with the leasing office. I work evenings, so I’m unable to access the gym or package room during available hours, and I still don’t know my mailbox number. The hallways smell unpleasant, and one of the entrances to my building constantly has garbage left by it, which stinks terribly. The covering over the building is in poor condition and becomes a serious hazard when ...it rains—it floods and the steps become extremely slippery. These issues make the move-in process frustrating and disappointing. I expected more, and I hope things improve soon.Property Manager Responded

December 19, 2024Living here has been a nightmare. The apartments are outdated and feel neglected, with constant issues like roaches that management fails to properly address. The walls are paper-thin, so you’ll hear everything from your loud neighbors at all hours of the day and night. The property itself is dirty, and it’s clear that upkeep is not a priority. For the price they’re charging, you’d expect at least decent living conditions, but this place isn’t even close. Do yourself a favor and look for ...something better.Property Manager Responded
