So far, the staff and the community have been great. Everyone is friendly, professional, and quick to help when needed. The property is clean and well maintained, and my family and I truly feel safe and comfortable living here. Pest control has been in multiple times and we still have roaches due to neighbors that live behind us and we've bombed the apartment twice ourselves

I been living at Renew for 3 years already and we felt very happy , it’s very calm and nice to live , the place is clean and organized, the pool and the gym it’s nice to pass a good time with the family .

The apartment complex overall is nice and the only complaint I really have is all the stray cats because I know you’re told to put your trash outside your door, but you can’t do that because the cats get into your trash or rip it all up and you have to end up cleaning it so they really need to do something about the stray cats. And in the unit I have I think my appliances well like my cabinets are very scratched up and dingy then they were like that when I moved in, they also need to fix that or ...
