January 23, 2026I like the overall apartment complex itself, and think its taken care of well. It's the neighbors we have issues with. We seem to live in between 2 different neighbors that constantly fight and scream at each other, especially on the weekends. One neighbor in particular slams the door EVERY single time they open/close them. Then they drive off going 40 mph in a super small space. We all have kids so it's scary that people think its ok to do that. Then we have another neighbor that doesn't like ...our dog, so he gives us dirty looks every time we're outside, making my kids feel unsafe when he's around. It's just very unsettling and we hate dealing with it all. We've been looking for somewhere else to live due to the stress its caused.Property Manager Responded

December 23, 2024There is a water leak by the pool supplies closet. The parking lot needs resurfacing and better cleaning. Tenants don’t use the trash bins correctly which makes a stinky mess.Property Manager Responded

February 5, 2024Apartment is nice, but has cut a lot of corners with things. Appliances are new, but are extremely cheap. Mirror closet doors are cool. If they focused on better quality appliances and took the time to ensure maintence doesn't take short cuts it could be a gem of a location.Property Manager Responded

November 20, 2023The staff are very responsive to request such as fixing or repairing things. The technician is also very professional during the times he had helped us. The only con is that the community is supposed to be smoke free. There isn't any real enforcement so you can still smell cigarettes and cannabis.Property Manager Responded

October 31, 2023The past year and a half there have been upgrades to the property. The pool area and barbecue area are just beautiful.
