December 23, 2024There is a water leak by the pool supplies closet. The parking lot needs resurfacing and better cleaning. Tenants don’t use the trash bins correctly which makes a stinky mess.Property Manager Responded

February 5, 2024Apartment is nice, but has cut a lot of corners with things. Appliances are new, but are extremely cheap. Mirror closet doors are cool. If they focused on better quality appliances and took the time to ensure maintence doesn't take short cuts it could be a gem of a location.Property Manager Responded

November 20, 2023The staff are very responsive to request such as fixing or repairing things. The technician is also very professional during the times he had helped us. The only con is that the community is supposed to be smoke free. There isn't any real enforcement so you can still smell cigarettes and cannabis.Property Manager Responded

October 31, 2023The past year and a half there have been upgrades to the property. The pool area and barbecue area are just beautiful. May 16, 2023I have very peaceful neighbors here on the second floor, first building..thanks neighbors! Also, I have never had a problem or ran into a situation with no one on the parking lot despite it being really full sometimes to where I have to park behind someone's car, since I was never assigned a parking space.Property Manager Responded
